What is the Claude Certified Architect — Foundations exam?
It is Anthropic's foundational certification for people who design and build systems with Claude — covering agentic architecture, tools and MCP, Claude Code workflows, prompt engineering, and context management. The exam is 60 scenario-based multiple-choice questions in 120 minutes, scored on a scaled 100–1000 with a passing score of 720.
Is this an official Anthropic site?
No. This is an independent study resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. We map our curriculum to the publicly described exam blueprint.
What is free and what is paid?

How many practice questions are there?
The launch question bank has 120+ questions across the five domains, weighted to match the real exam, with more mock exams added over time.
Which languages are supported?
English, Japanese (日本語), Korean (한국어), Brazilian Portuguese (Português), and Simplified Chinese (简体中文).
How is the practice exam scored?
Like the real exam: your raw score is mapped to a 100–1000 scale, and 720 is the passing line. After each attempt you get a per-domain breakdown so you know exactly where to focus.
